How can international collaboration solve the world’s most pressing water crises? From May 12 to May 14, 2026, Global Ties Akron, in partnership with World Learning, will host a high-level delegation focused on water resource management in Akron.
Arriving from Buffalo, NY, these experts from Burma, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Taiwan, and Thailand are here to exchange best practices in water utilization, drought resilience, and technical innovation.
Advancing U.S. Leadership in Water Innovation
This project highlights American expertise in balancing economic opportunity with environmental stewardship. In alignment with Executive Orders 13956, 14181, and 14154, the delegation will examine how U.S. frameworks support water-dependent sectors.
